Welcome to run2000.faithweb.com my name is Mark Llewhellin and on the sixth of September 2000 I will be starting a
2000 mile run in the United States. Starting in Denver Colorado the run will take me through Utah, Arizona, California and Nevada and if everything goes to plan I will finish at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Fransisco on the fifth of November. Many people have asked me, "why run 2000 miles?". Firstly it is to test my own mental and physical barriers, I do not have a natural running ability, the second reason is to give hope to to people everywhere in the belief that YOU can do more with your life no matter where you come from ! and finally to raise money for the Caudwell Trust, a childrens charity dedicated to giving terminally ill children their final wish
